Customer register

We keep customer register about our customers. The personal information contained in the customer register is required in order to offer services and products. We collect customer´s full name, address and email address. This information is needed for the billing.

The squarespace Analytics create a report on our store’s sales funnel and how each stage of the funnel converts. We do this to keep track on how many visits resulted in a purchase in that same visit. Traffic sources analytics

This is to see where visitors are coming from and which referrers are the most valuable to the site or online store. It includes the visits, revenue, orders, conversion rate, average order value and revenue per visit. Search keywords analytics 

To see data from Google searches we use Google Search Console. It collects the information about the number of clicks the site got from searches for a certain keyword, the number of people that saw the site in search results for a certain keyword, average click through rate and site’s average position in search results. We do this in order to focus on the content and the language people naturally use. The data will show up to 16 months. Activity log analytics

Each page visit is its own entry and during that we collect date, time, IP address, referrer, browser version and operating system. It helps us to review traffic and give insights into the geographic location of the visitors by IP address and how visitors in specific locations find the site. The Form & button conversions analytics

It helps us to understand how visitors interact with forms and buttons on our site. The panel measures views of the forms and buttons and how many submissions or clicks they receive.
