The products I offer at Nordic Stories are digital creations, thoughtfully crafted and delivered instantly to you as downloadable files or access to the digital course area.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This helps protect the integrity of the work and ensures fairness to both creator and customer.

By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the download begins.

If something isn´t right.

If you experience technical difficulties, such as a file that cannot be opened or downloaded, please reach out. I’m always happy to help and will make sure you receive a working file.
